Wardrobe Planning Part I

Wardrobe Planning Part I

I started knitting about a year ago and it has been an interesting learning experience. I usually focus on one project at a time, picking up new skills as I go along. I still have my first knitting project; a seed stitch cowl. I remember always forgetting whether my last stitch was a knit or a purl because I couldn’t tell the difference between the two. Looking ahead to today I’ve made a few sweaters, socks, hats and more. I’m test knitting for some people and brands I really admire but there is still so much learning to do.

Early on in my journey I also found fringeassociation. Karen’s personal style is cool and relaxed; I envy how her projects seem to be so easily interchangeable from one outfit to the next, always with a cool mix of classic and trendy pieces.

I wish I could do that.

So this is what I’m going to tackle next. It’s a little different than my usual “how do I make a bobble?”, “what is magic loop?” approach but there should be a way to do this.

I have no idea where to start but for the next while I will be sharing as I lear how to plan my wardrobe. I’m not really sure where to start but here’s to having a well-rounded handmade wardrobe that fits my style, personality, and lifestyle.
